This is the Sawed-Off variation of the popular M79 Grenade Launcher. It is a single-shot, break open grenade launcher which fires an Airsoft 40mm gas grenade and first appeared during the Vietnam War. The M79 Sawed-Off can fire a wide variety of 40 mm rounds. Build Material and Quality:This M79 Sawed-Off grenade launcher is a full metal launcher with a real wood grip. The trigger guard can be rotated either to the left or right side by pushing the detent on the front of the trigger guard. The M79 is designed to work with all standard size types of Airsoft gas grenade shells firing 6mm bb's, .43 and .68 caliber paintballs, as well as Nerf Vortex Rocket Shells.

Caliber: Airsoft 40mm shells for grenade launchers. (Evike.com means "standard" and "compatibility. Almost all grenade shells we carry are standard 40mm Airsoft M203 shells that works for this M79! Extended shells not recommended.)
